🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with ShopWithZeus! We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of pet products and hygiene standards, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all customers and their pets.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

-Items must be in resellable condition, free from pet hair, odors, or damage

-Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

🔄 Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will happily replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include photos of the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ShopWithZeus is not liable for returns lost in transit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

-Items that have been opened or used

-Toys or products that have come into contact with pets

-Perishable or consumable items (e.g., treats, catnip, etc.)

-Gift cards or sale/clearance items

🛑 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once your item is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
